In his role as Partner, Karl Catarata will contribute his expertise to help Ace Studios expand its horizons in southern Nevada. His deep-rooted commitment to serving working-class families and students, coupled with his passion for civic engagement and advocacy, will enhance the agency’s statewide community engagement efforts and it’s ability to grow and continue making positive impacts.

About Karl Catarata
Karl Catarata, a Filipino-American public servant and non-profit executive director, brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the southern Nevada community. Karl serves as the Chairman of the Nevada Commission on Mentoring, playing a vital role in supporting and guiding the development of mentorship programs statewide. He also serves as the Nevada State Director for the Human Rights Campaign, where he advocates for LGBTQ+ rights and equality.
Karl has also held other prominent positions in public service, including serving as a Special Assistant to the Las Vegas City Council for Ward 1. In this role, he worked closely with local government officials to address community needs and implement initiatives that improved the lives of residents. Additionally, Karl served as a District Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives, based in Las Vegas, where he assisted in representing the interests of constituents and managing community outreach efforts.
