Ace Studios partnered with the Reno Wind Symphony (RWS) to create a dynamic video series capturing the essence of their preparation for the start of a new season. The Reno Wind Symphony, a celebrated ensemble of professional and semi-professional musicians, is dedicated to preserving and performing wind band music at the highest level.
Our team documented behind-the-scenes moments, offering a glimpse into the rehearsals, artistry, and dedication that bring the RWS’s performances to life. These videos highlight the musicians’ passion and teamwork, serving as a compelling promotional tool to build excitement for the season ahead.
The project not only elevated the RWS’s online presence but also strengthened their connection with the local community and music enthusiasts. Through this series, we demonstrated Ace Studios’ ability to craft visually engaging narratives that showcase the heart and soul of our clients’ work.

About The School
Reach-Up Headstart, an early childhood education school in St. Cloud, Minnesota, sought to achieve full enrollment while addressing unique staffing challenges to serve the high number of refugee families in the area.
Partnering with Ace Studios, Reach Up Headstart set out to engage a diverse community, fill critical teaching and support positions, and ensure access to quality early childhood education for all eligible children in the area.
Objectives
- Reach and maintain 100% enrollment within six months.
- Develop inclusive, culturally sensitive marketing and advertising materials.
- Fill key staffing needs, with a focus on English Language Learner-certified positions.
Challenges
- Diverse Audience: A high refugee population required careful consideration of cultural and language differences in all marketing and outreach materials.
- Targeted Advertising: Traditional strategies were less effective, requiring innovative social media and Google ads targeting.
